2. Content Submission

• All submissions must be original content owned by the applicant.

• Submissions must follow the Brand’s photo and content guidelines, which will be provided upon approval.

• By submitting content, participants confirm they have all necessary permissions and rights to use the content for commercial purposes.

3. Character Creation & Intellectual Property

• Submitted content will be adapted into a Penis Friends™-style character for promotional and commercial purposes.

• All creative and intellectual property rights for the resulting character remain with the Brand.

• Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use their character for Program-related promotion during the agreed period.

4. Promotion Requirements

• Participants are expected to promote their character according to the posting schedule and guidelines provided by the Brand.

• Promotional content must tag official Brand accounts and use designated hashtags.

• Misrepresentation of the Brand, its products, or the Program is not permitted.

5. Compensation

• Compensation details, including commission rates and payment schedules, will be outlined in the signed agreement provided upon acceptance.

• Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments received.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Participants may not submit stolen, infringing, or non-consensual content.

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content in connection with the Program is strictly prohibited.

• Participants may not produce or promote counterfeit or imitation versions of their character.

7. Confidentiality

• Participants agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by the Brand, including but not limited to campaign plans, unreleased designs, and payout details.

8. Termination

• The Brand may remove a participant from the Program at any time for violations of these Terms.

• Termination for cause may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The Brand is not responsible for any personal, professional, or reputational outcomes related to participation in the Program.

• By applying, participants acknowledge the comedic and adult nature of the Brand’s content and accept any associated risks.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Brand operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
